J2 Brings Bedrock Energy to WSCAI CA Day 2025!

On October 18, 2025, J2 Building Consultants joined the Washington State Chapter of Community Associations Institute (WSCAI) CA Day event at the Seattle Convention Center, and we didn’t just show up—we rolled in Flintstones style!

The WSCAI (Washington State Chapter of Community Associations Institute) CA Day is one of the premier gatherings for professionals who serve condominium and homeowners’ associations, including community managers, board members, and service providers dedicated to building better communities.

For J2 Building Consultants, participating in CA Day is more than attending an industry event; it is about strengthening connections with the very people we serve every day. Our participation signifies our ongoing commitment to support, educate, and partner with community associations and their managers in maintaining safe, healthy, and happy properties across the Pacific Northwest.

Yabba Dabba Doo! Our Booth Rocks

In keeping with a unique J2 tradition, we chose a theme for our booth. This year’s booth theme was The Flintstones, and it quickly became one of the biggest attractions on the floor. Attendees lined up throughout the day to snap photos in our very own Flintmobile, which became a hotspot for laughter, nostalgia, and connection.

Best Booth Award and a Moment to Shine

We’re thrilled to share that J2 took home the Best Booth Award! 🎉

This was the first year for this contest, and the CA Day Committee put a lot of thought and effort into it. While we never really do it for a win, and we would have put everything into the effort that we always do regardless, the added fun of a contest was appreciated, and being recognized was truly an honor. 

Our Client Success Manager, Kelli (aka me), got the opportunity to offer some thanks at the CA Day reception, and the sentiment was something everyone at J2 believes, and one we shared frequently throughout the day;

“This is the 'dessert' portion of the meal that is our work. Let's face it - most of the time, people aren't calling us on the best day of their life. Everyone in this industry does hard work, and isn't it a gift to have this wonderful opportunity to be under one roof as a community and get to root for each other and create joy and happiness. That's the real pay off. It's a gift to see everyone feel such joy from something as simple as a silly Flintstones booth.”

The heartfelt words captured the essence of what drives us at J2: creativity, collaboration, and care.

Whether it's a trade show floor, a town hall meeting, an envelope inspection, and everything in between, we will always seek to bring our best because we know that is what our clients deserve. 

Rolling Into the Rest of the Year

As 2025 winds down, the fun doesn’t stop here. In our typical fashion, we’re cooking up some exciting seasonal events, from Halloween celebrations to Thanksgiving gratitude moments and even those beloved Santa visits that promise more smiles and community connection.
