Jerod Trenchard

Jerod Trenchard has worked in the construction industry for over 25 years, with a focus on the building envelope for over a decade. His professional experience encompasses all facets of the industry from hands-on trade work, estimating and project management, construction management, and construction defect analysis/repair as well as a special focus on plumbing re-pipe and remediation. Jerod is known for his interpersonal skills in working directly with homeowners and managers, as well as architects, vendors, and city officials. His unique combination of real-world, technical, and professional experience allows his projects to run smoothly and allows for the successful resolution to multi-million dollar residential, multi-family, retail, commercial, and other construction-related defects. His construction management experience includes scheduling of production crews and subcontractors; facilitating progress and communications between the contractor, architect, municipality, consultants, and owner; estimating and quantity takeoffs; review and negotiation of contracts and change orders; and conflict resolution with occupied building repairs.
